Summary

Looks Can Kill AI at lookscankillai.pro is an independent AI video studio built on Seedance 2.0. It turns one uploaded photo or one text prompt into a short vertical dance video. It is not affiliated with IVE, Starship Entertainment or any of their artists, and it does not include or distribute the official recording, official music video or member likenesses.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on lookscankillai.pro and paid through Stripe via the Yito checkout. Because our service is digital and credits can be used immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except as described below or where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot lawfully waive. You may upload only your own photo or a photo you have permission to use. A content rejection for rights or policy reasons does not create a refund right except where law requires.

Failed renders

If a render fails because of a platform error, the credits used for that render are refunded to your account automatically. You are not charged for a failed render. If a failed render is not automatically refunded, contact support with the render ID, time, selected output, and account email.

A render is not failed merely because the result differs from what you imagined, because AI generation is probabilistic, or because you dislike the output. Credit costs are: 480p 12-second clip = 20 credits; 720p 12-second clip = 35 credits; 1080p 12-second clip = 90 credits.

Unused credits

Credits are the digital unit used to generate videos. One-time credit packs never expire. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the billing month. Yearly subscription credits are valid for the billing year. Expired subscription credits cannot be restored, converted to cash, or transferred.

Unused one-time credit packs are refundable if you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and no credits from that pack have been used. If you have used part of a one-time pack, we do not refund the used credits; refunds for any unused balance are available only where required by law. Subscription credits are not refundable once the billing period has started, except for failed renders, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or where required by law.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and leaves your access active until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods or for unused subscription credits, except where required by law.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly. Duplicate charges and unauthorized charges will be investigated and, where confirmed, refunded to the original payment method. If you cancel after a renewal, the cancellation applies to the next billing cycle unless a refund is approved under this policy or applicable law.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before starting a chargeback or payment dispute. We can usually resolve failed renders, duplicate charges, and account issues faster than a bank dispute. If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend the affected credits or account while the dispute is investigated. We will cooperate with Stripe, Yito, and the relevant payment provider. We may contest chargebacks that are invalid or made after the service was used, to the extent permitted by law.

How to request

Email support@lookscankillai.pro with the subject “Refund request” and include:

• the email address on your account;
• the purchase date and SKU or plan name;
• the Stripe/Yito receipt or transaction ID;
• the render ID and a screenshot if the request concerns a failed render;
• a brief explanation of the issue.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe/Yito to the original payment method. Processing times are set by Stripe, your bank, or card issuer. Where a refund is issued as account credits, those credits are added to your balance.
