Privacy Policy — Looks Can Kill AI

Looks Can Kill AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates lookscankillai.pro, an independent AI video studio built on Seedance 2.0 that turns one uploaded photo or one text prompt into a short vertical dance video. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices and rights. We are not affiliated with IVE, Starship Entertainment or any of their artists, and the Service does not include or distribute the official recording, official music video or member likenesses.

What we collect

We collect:

• Account information. Email address, display name if provided, authentication credentials, and account settings.
• Content you submit. Photos, text prompts, generated videos, and related metadata such as resolution and duration. You may upload only your own photo or a photo you have permission to use; do not upload images of other people without their consent.
• Transactions and credits. The plan or one-time package purchased, credit balance and history, purchase and renewal dates, and card last four digits and expiry. Full card details go directly to Stripe and are not received or stored by us.
• Support communications. Messages sent to support@lookscankillai.pro and our replies.
• Technical and usage data. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Cookies and similar identifiers, as described below.

We do not ask for your real name or postal address. Please do not submit special category information, such as health or biometric data, in prompts or support messages.

How we use it

• Providing the Service. To create and maintain your account, accept uploads and prompts, generate videos, deliver outputs, and track your credit balance. A standard 720p 12-second clip costs 35 credits; 480p 12 seconds costs 20 credits; 1080p 12 seconds costs 90 credits.
• Billing and credits. To process subscriptions and one-time purchases, apply monthly, yearly, and non-expiring credit rules, and automatically refund failed renders.
• Support. To answer questions, troubleshoot renders, and resolve disputes.
• Safety and abuse prevention. To detect prohibited uploads, automated abuse, fraud, and attempts to circumvent credit or access controls, and to enforce acceptable-use rules.
• Analytics and improvement. To understand how the Service is used, diagnose errors, and improve features and performance.
• Legal and compliance. To meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our terms.
• Communications. To send service, security, and transactional messages. We send marketing only where permitted by law, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your uploaded photos or generated videos in advertising.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, we rely on:

• Performance of a contract — to provide the Service, process payments, allocate credits, and deliver generated videos.
• Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate about your account, balanced against your rights.
• Consent — for analytics cookies and marketing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — to keep payment and tax records and respond to lawful requests.

Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, maintain security, balance traffic, and remember preferences. Cloudflare may set security and bot-management cookies. With your consent where required, we use analytics cookies and similar technologies to measure page views, feature use, and errors. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Service from working. Where required, you can change your analytics choices through the cookie controls on the site.

Third-party processors

We share personal information with providers that process it on our instructions:

• Cloudflare — content delivery, hosting, security, and bot protection.
• Stripe, through Yito checkout — payment processing, subscription management, and fraud checks. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy terms.
• kie.ai — AI model and API infrastructure used to generate videos.
• SeeAPI — API infrastructure used for video generation and delivery.

These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Retention

• Account data — retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs.
• Uploads and outputs — retained while needed to provide the Service and let you download results, unless you delete them earlier or the law requires longer retention.
• Payment records — retained as required by tax and accounting law.
• Support messages — retained for a reasonable period to resolve issues and improve support.
• Logs — retained for a limited period, longer where needed to investigate abuse.

Credit expiry is a billing rule, not a retention period: monthly credits expire at the end of the billing month, yearly credits are valid for the billing year, and one-time credits never expire.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; to data portability; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email support@lookscankillai.pro. We may need to verify your identity before acting and will respond within the time required by law.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact support@lookscankillai.pro.

International transfers

We and our processors may store and process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or reliance on an adequacy decision.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on lookscankillai.pro and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, for example by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after the effective date means the updated policy applies.
